Extended Family uses a “whole family” approach to serve families who are involved with the justice system, including those currently incarcerated, recently released, adult family members, and children who have any loved one in jail or prison. Our mission is to “Offer help and inspire hope.”
We work with families to prevent children from entering the juvenile justice system, reduce the rate of recidivism among adult and youth offenders, and break the cycle of incarceration in families, ultimately creating safer communities for everyone.
