Extended Family for Kids Program Leader
Ann is a retired educator of 35 ½ years. She obtained a double MS in elementary education and library science at Jacksonville State University. Ann is married with two adult children and four granddaughters. She was an EFK volunteer for several years. Ann said, “I saw what a beneficial program this was for children with an incarcerated family member.” She joined Extended Family in the 2019-2020 school year as an EFK Program Leader for Cherokee County Programs. Ann brings her vast experience and love of children to our team, leading the 9 EFK Lessons in Cherokee County Schools each semester, working with multiple EFK Groups.
