Jennifer Ridgeway

Jennifer Ridgeway joined the Extended Family Board of Directors in August 2019. Jennifer grew up in Dogtown, Ala., and attended Fort Payne High School. After two years of college, Jennifer joined the United States Marine Corps. She graduated boot camp at Parris Island, and completed training to become a Marine Air Ground Task Force “War” Planner.

Jennifer received her Bachelor’s Degree from Liberty University, and will graduate from the University of Alabama in May 2020 with her Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Jennifer worked as a Contracts Manager for the US government with Defense Finance and Accounting Services, and for government contractors including Rolls Royce Corporation, and Lockheed Martin CDL Systems. She is currently the Business Solutions Manager at PPG Aerospace in Huntsville.
 
Jennifer has contributed to Extended Family’s Leadership Academy by presenting lessons on leadership, focusing on Mindset and Fear. Mindset training focuses on how mindset can have a major impact on development, growth, learning, facing change and achieving goals. Jennifer draws on her business experience and training to add to the growth of Extended Family, helping us plan for future programs.
 
Jennifer, her husband Scott and son Will, live in Fyffe, Ala.. Their daughter and son, Halle and Carter, live in Centre, Ala. and attend Cherokee County High School. They have a son, Noah Wylie, who is serving in the United States Marine Corps, stationed in Beaufort, South Carolina.
